some individuals the roots of present-day problems lie in a lack of
specific skills, for others difficulties are linked to
lessons/rules/ways of behaving that were learned in the past, while
others stumble due to believing that they must do what emotions and
thoughts, versus personally determined values, dictate. Additional
sources of suffering are worrying about, versus planning for, the
future, endlessly re-thinking the past and fighting against the reality
of the present.

effective and pragmatic path leading to the caliber of life you desire.
